Title: Start Error
Post by: esc1010 on July 11, 2014, 08:42:03 AM
Every time when I start the emulator after downloading it, I get an error that says

"Run-time error '35600':
Index out of bounds"

Is there a fix for this?

Hi,
Sorry about the delay in response, what is your ID you are working with ?

Otherwise. I have no idea.

Maybe the October 2012 release isn't compatible with Windows 8.1  :(
EDIT: I set it in compatiblity mode for Windows 7 and it works. It says my ID doesn't work...

I am told this:
The ID does not exist, check the spelling and try again.

This is a very simple issue to fix. You have not configured your 'Core' package, which is for your local forecast. You need to configure the 'Current Conditions' Site, your 8 Local Observation sites, and Extended Forecast City. Once you have configured all of these, then when you 'Review Cfg'n' There will be a link at the bottom of that page that will appear as: 'Build any settings into active cfg'n: Build Now!' .. Once this has been completed, the emulator will no longer complain that the ID no longer exists.

Try that and see if you have any more problems. Thank you!

What is funny is that the pages load on Firefox in Linux while they don't in Chrome in Windows.
