Title: Issue starting the Emulator

When I start the emulator I get the following error message

Run-time error '9':

Subscript out of range

well.. this problem can be simplified into "not following directions"..
you needed to select the packages you want to display. for sake of argument, i selected just to show your local forecast. you should be good now.
