Is the Weatherscan XL emulator displaying in a fixed display, or fullscreen size?

It's a fixed display. With a little tweaking in VB6, there might be a way it have it display in full screen.

You might be able to view it full screen by changing your resolution to 800x600.

the program is set to display full screen at 640x480, this is achieved by right clicking on your desktop, settings tab, advanced button, adapter tab, 'list all modes' button, and selecting 640x480 in true color, 32-bit.

On my desktop, about 20% of the screen is still empty or you can see my icons because it doesn't fill up my screen at 640x480.

Do you have a widescreen display?
