Title: %bad passwords

Martin, when i try to log in to CINE I type in the information and the computer gives me a white screen saying this "%bad passwords" am I doing something wrong?

i got most of it done martin but my computer does not let me submit the last part of my extended forecast. Any suggestions?

You must use Internet Explorer to properly use CINE. Are you using IE?
