I know it's on CINE, but I don't have a CINE account! Can any of you tell me how to download it?

Sadly, if I am right you need a CINE to download the software...since without a CINE you can't configure it.

But exactly how do you get it? I've been looking for the emulator and haven't found any thing. :unsure:
