Thats how it always is with Severe weatjer here. they say 50% chance, we dont get a single drop of rain.

Same here. We could use some rain though. We're almost in a drought. I think we're about 3 inches short of where we should be.

According to my WeatherBug, we have a 50% chance of rain tomorrow, but somehow I doubt that's going to be the case. <_<
