Long Island, August-September 2012 tornadoes, Hurricane Sandy, Blizzard of 2013, how many places on Earth do you know can get all 3 of those events within a 6 month period?

65°F Cloudy with Light Rain

After going 11 straight days without rain, I'm finally being reminded what water looks like again. :P

54.5°F Occasional Light Drizzle
We've had many rain events this April, but all of them brought only traces of precipitation. We're nearing 10 inches in rainfall deficit only since the beginning of the year.

69.9° W/ Heavy Downpours. It's been raining for over an hour and our yards are nearly flooded. Doppler Radar estimated indicates over 2" has fallen. Our flash flood guidance is around 3" and more storms are still on the way.
