A strong cell to the northeast of Grand Forks, with a confirmed tornado on it.

Long Island, August-September 2012 tornadoes, Hurricane Sandy, Blizzard of 2013, how many places on Earth do you know can get all 3 of those events within a 6 month period?

I took these three photos while out in Tampa earlier this evening. All three were taken along Bayshore Boulevard, right at the mouth of Hillsborough Bay. The first one is a rainbow overlooking Hillsborough Bay, the second one is a nice cumulonimbus cloud I saw towering to the east, also overlooking Hillsborough Bay, and the last one is a view of Downtown Tampa's skyline from Bayshore Boulevard at sunset.

Nice sea breeze thunderstorm that built up, perfect day for one, temps in the 80's and 90's, dew points in the upper 70's and around 80.

EDIT: You also notice how the camera lens fogged up a bit, goes to show how humid it was outside!

Took these photos about 15-20 minutes ago as a thunderstorm is (slowly) moving in the area.

I took these pictures of a supercell about 15 miles to my south (near the MI/OH border closer to Toledo) back on July 7.

March 1, 2009: I loved this snowstorm, the only one where I've seen thundersnow. I don't know who in my family took the bad photo though.  :P The shot was taken right from the front side of my house. It must have been taken from inside, that would explain why it's so bright (and part of our awning is visible) at the top.

I took the first picture outside of my school Tuesday afternoon when it was snowing. The second one was taken outside ny window last Thursday night, after it had snowing (and it was probably still snowing).

I took this picture on March 15, 2012. Relatively slow-moving, but severe thunderstorms developed that afternoon/evening, producing very large hail, localized flash flooding, and a few tornadoes, including an EF-0 in Ida, MI, which is barely 5 miles to my west, an EF-2 in Columbiaville, MI, and an EF-3 in Dexter, MI (just northwest of Ann Arbor.) Some of the hailstones I measured were up to ping pong ball size, or 1.5" in diameter!
