Long Island, August-September 2012 tornadoes, Hurricane Sandy, Blizzard of 2013, how many places on Earth do you know can get all 3 of those events within a 6 month period?

Here's another musical risk I am taking by sharing the following with all of you.  You could say I have been making some wishes lately in my life when you see the title of this song, but it's been playing in my head all night:

Edelis - "Fly My Wish"

http://www.4shared.com/mp3/XSAnsW_c/Edelis_-_Fly_my_wish.html

I know my musical tastes are always so weird compared to everyone else, but I personally feel this song could fit on the local forecast quite well.  Thoughts?

Here is a five-song playlist I made that sends you on a journey of what I consider real music when played in the order shown.  These songs have never aired on the local forecast even though I feel certain cuts of them would be enjoyed far better than what has played for the past year.  Please let me know what you think as I really would like to believe I am not alone when it comes to appreciating music that involves multiple genres, varieties of sound, and songs that truly stand out among the crowd of noise in the mainstream.  Thanks!

1.  "Pater Patriae" - Lesiëm  (http://youtu.be/hp0MNEq8sEM)

2.  "Fly My Wish" - Edelis  (http://www.4shared.com/mp3/XSAnsW_c/Edelis_-_Fly_my_wish.html)

3.  "Stardust" - Bryan El  (http://youtu.be/6S3g_cXmEio)

4.  "In A Moment's Time" - 7and5  (http://youtu.be/RwIOG290_po)

5.  "Forest" - 7and5  (http://youtu.be/biGYuMNBsb0)

"A Great Day For Freedom" by Pink Floyd. Such a nice song IMO, especially the second half.

3.  "Stardust" - Bryan El  (http://youtu.be/6S3g_cXmEio)
Stardust, I've heard of them before. I have a remixed version of their song "Music Sounds Better With You" that I found from a video game awhile back.
