I haven't been on this forum in quite a while so I was just wondering whatever happened to the junior project? That seemed to be the one everyone was getting excited about last year before the weatherscan XL project got started. Anyway, just curious if that one was ever going to get started up again. Thanks guys.

The project's forums are still here, and the project hasn't been declared dead yet. But the fact is, Kyle (wxmancanada, the creator) is very busy with his work and other things and really doesn't seem to have much free time to work on an emulator project. So while it isn't officially dead, there's no indication at this point that anything's going to get done in the foreseeable future.

I think that it will eventually. If everything is functional, it should be released. It there is still more to implement, then we need to give him time. We don't want to get into the mess like the 4000 is in...

Maybe I wasn't clear yesterday. Nothing has been done. The project has not, for all intents and purposes, even begun yet. That's why I decided to house the WxScan emulator. I figured if the Jr. wasn't going anywhere, then I ought to bring in a project that is active. And I'm glad I did. Its been a big time attraction. :yes:

Yeah -- As Gary mentioned, I've been crazy busy for months now. I will either finish the project, or pass it on to someone else.
