Title: how to convert from DAT to MP3

Someone sent me a music file, but it is in DAT format, and I have no clue on how to get it converted as an MP3. someone please help. Thank You! in Advance

I'm clueless. I thought DAT was a data format, not an audio format.  :blink:

Yeah.. never mind......I figured it out.. and the artist sent me the song on MP3 format anyways (old holiday tune from 1992)

Change the extension. ;)
