Title: Django's gone?
Post by: lfmusiclover on March 03, 2008, 11:48:12 PM
Anyone here ever buy music at djangos.com? I know its a relatively popular site with alot of the folks at TWCC (they used to sell alot of harder to find music from the older days), but I had never noticed any mention of them being closed. Well, I went to their site recently to browse for music, and lo and behold I got a message stating that the company had folded. Needless to say I was pretty shocked, as I was not aware they were even considering closing. Anyone know the circumstances of their closure?

I do not know why they closed. I can only assume that larger sites like Amazon and half.com put them out of business. Too bad, they had a good site. I haven't purchased anything from them in long time, but they always had a good selection.

I agree with you. I always thought they had a great site and selection.  :sunglasses:

I used to go that site occasionally and was impressed with the selection of out of print TWC music they carried. Too bad they're gone <_<
