THIS MEETING IS FREE AND IS ALSO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, SO ANYONE CAN ATTEND. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ARRIVE EARLY, AND PLEASE USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE MEETING ROOM. DIRECTIONS TO THE FACILITY CAN BE ATTAINED USING ANY STANDARD INTERNET MAPPING SERVICE. THEIR DISCUSSION TOPICS WILL CENTER ON TROPICAL SYSTEMS AND THEIR EFFECTS, BUT MAY INCLUDE OTHER ITEMS AS WELL AS TIME PERMITS.
