Thanks to SethFNC for finding these! TWC added these new 60 second local forecast videos for most major cities on weather.com. They are in the style of the IS2 V2 Look. They look really awesome! I Like them.

That's pretty cool. Where would I find it for my location?
-
To find a local forecast video for your area, go to the forecast page for your location, and scroll down where the videos section is. You will then see the 60 Second Local Forecast video. It should be the last video.

I found it by clicking on that "Current Conditions/The Week Ahead" email alert that you can turn on if you have an account on weather com.
Still, it's pretty cool that they added this, since i don't watch The Weather Channel very often anymore.

Wow, it almost looks like an emulator that someone on here would make. Is it a problem that I like it more than the locals they run on TV?

These forecast videos are so much better and informative than the ones on TV.

It's slightly better than the one on TV, but still needs more time/maps.

I guess they don't make one for Omaha (which seems odd). I can't find it.

Yeah, I can't seem to find it on the local forecast page anymore. And unfortunately the list they provide of all cities is in no order whatsoever (seriously, they couldn't even do alphabetical order?), so it may take a while to find. Fortunately, Dallas was on the first page.
Some observations:
It's definitely pretty good for a web-based version, although not as smooth as what's on air in my opinion. The radar has too much noise, and I think the summary page stays on too long (at least there is a summary page, though). This actually looks a lot like what the IS2 was supposed to be after the upgrade, based on emulations. I also think it's interesting how they programmed it to whenever there's a Weather Bulletin they will always play the "Storm Alert" music. Jim also had a new CC narration that I had never heard before: "Here's a look at conditions in our area..."

If you download The Weather Channel's app via Windows Shop app (if you're using Windows 10). Once you open the app and add your location, look for in blue text, "60 sec forecast" and you can play them from there. I tried it yesterday and today for Atlanta.
