Yes, last June.
No. Jennifer Lopez was not laid off. She left to go to KXAS in Dallas.

Any channel that is on cable, and not over the air, is not subject to FCC censorship. The Weather Channel, though, tries to remain PG/PG-13.

I'm not entirely sure, however that is what I have been told in the past.
