Does TWC get a heavy fine for this incident?

They're on cable, thus censorship is voluntary.

Any channel that is on cable, and not over the air, is not subject to FCC censorship. The Weather Channel, though, tries to remain PG/PG-13.
-
Oh didn't realize that, so if it's censored on a live news event, then they get in trouble? I always thought their regular programming was G and shows like ICHT, SS PG.
