It seems that the evening long-form block is officially back for at least the next two weeks, according to Zap2it.com and TWC commercials. The programming will be on at 9pm, 12am, and 3am eastern.

I figured a new weather.com had to be in the works. It's outdated and ugly. Hopefully NBC spices it up!

Edit: It appears, through a google search, the link for the beta site is this: i.imwx.com/common/beta/entry.html?next=
but it won't load for me

It's not working for me either.  I did see some coding in the page source from that link, so they're probably not done with the site yet.
