But, strangely, they only did one hour, which is baffling. They hype it up as a "Monster Storm" but can't be bothered to preempt more than one hour of reality reruns. It's ridiculous.

TWC started the 8pm ET hour on taped programming then was live nationally by 8:30pm ET. They were live at 11pm ET and are now going back to taped programming but still doing live national updates when needed.

Seeing live weather was nice while it lasted.
The Dumbed-down LOT8s with the TWC jingle and THEN the Christmas music is about on my last nerve.

The Windows8 wannabe graphics make me sick.

I just turn on my 4000 emulator now  :wacko:

Reynolds Wolf said earlier that they'll break in at :18 every hour for updates. It's a shame that with so much bad weather this weekend and a lot more coming this week, they still didn't really extend coverage at all. I wonder what it would take for them to preempt longform on the weekend.

TWC has extended live hours Saturday. Kim and Samantha are on 12pm-4pm ET.
Sunday TWC is live 7pm-11pm ET.
