Do the weather.com forecasts update three times a day now? When I checked the weather yesterday around lunchtime, Mike Bettes was doing the forecasts. Then when I checked late in the afternoon it was Mark Elliot, then again late in the evening Paul Goodloe was doing the forecasts.

Yes, I am pretty sure it is 3 times a day. Usually, at least on TWC itself, the forecasts update around 10:30 AM and PM (give or take an hour or less) and I see them update around 3 PM EDT.

I thought they used to update it only twice; in the morning and again around the evening rush.

That's what I always thought as well, but I have noticed updates lately during the afternoon long form.

Well, does anyone know if TWC was covering that Tornado Warning in Hillsborough County this morning that lasted from 7:45 AM ET to 8:15 AM ET? I couldn't watch because I needed to pay attention to local stations on the status of it.
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

I just saw a BREAKING NEWS bar just now on PME.
I hate that bar so much. I don't really care what gonna happen in Africa.

From what I'm guessing, the maps were LED lights themselves, just like the map in the original A&B studio. Not sure how they burned out within only a few months of use, but it seems like they did indeed burn out since the right panel went out first, then the center panel only a few weeks later, and then several weeks later, the left panel finally went out.

So why wouldn't they change the lights? Too much trouble? Because there really is a HUGE difference.

They also haven't replaced that Vortex2 backdrop behind the TWC logo screen with the regular blue backdrop.

I remember seeing a motion ad of Ice Age 2: The Meltdown for the DVD back in November 2006.

Yeah, they've advertised several movies in the past.
