How the heck did they allow you to visit TWC HQ? Are you employed by them, partnered? If you don't mind me asking are you in High School, College, and do you live in the Atlanta area? Did they fly you over? Also I saw a forum where you were going to ask questions submitted by forum members? Out of curiosity did they tell you the future of programming, Lo8s and music? Just dying to know about that.

Keep your eyes pealed later this year!
What do you mean "Keep your eyes pealed later this year"? Do you mean for Lo8s and programming? If so you mean September or later?

That's what I can say. Can't elaborate at the moment.
Did you somehow have a pass? I thought TWC stopped doing studio tours years ago.

You know, I don't mean to be the Negative Nancy here, but if you aren't going to enlighten others at all on how you got to visit The Weather Channel's headquarters, then I wouldn't brag about it either. Same goes with the questionnaire you created as well. :hammer:

Agreed. But, how did you still get access to their studios? :dunno: I'm not trying to be annoying or anything, but I was just curious.

I have a  friend who works there.  I don't mean to be a jerk, but I just don't know how to respond to your questions. I can't say  I "don't know anything".  I did get answers to your questions which I will be posting sometime later this week. I'm just pretty busy right now. I aplogize for any inconvience or upsetment caused by my posts. I'm not trying to brag nor do I think I should be bragging.

Alright guys, a couple of things.  First, I've taken everything you all have said or asked about Sam's visit to TWC and put it in his original topic.  There was no reason to clutter the General TWC Discussion thread with all this.  Second of all, everyone needs to calm down.  Sam, I think it is great that you got to visit TWC, but only posting vague cues such as "Keep your eyes pealed later this year" or "I can't say at the moment"  is likely going to frustrate people.  Unless TWC told you to keep this confidential (which, if that's the case then I'm not sure why you posted a topic like this in the first place), it would have been better to say you had a friend who works at TWC from the start so we all understood the situation.  A few of your other posts, like stuff you received from TWC, are also pretty useless if you can't provide background as to how or why you got what you did.  Please know that I'm not trying to attack you or anyone else, just trying to provide some helpful information on how to post here in the future.  I will admit that sometimes I get upset if people say they got some big news from some secret source about something.  Well, what the heck does that mean?!  This goes to everyone on here: If posting important information, it's a good idea to back up the source and explain what you're talking about.

Sam, I look forward to you posting the answers to the questions people asked you in this topic.  I am sure we are all curious on TWC's future direction and things of that matter.

I hope everyone understands.  Any more issues, and I will be forced to lock this topic.  Thank you.

Very well could have been. Think I got that caption wrong. He sort of slid in from the side as we were about to take the picture.

Wow Sam! I wish I could go on a tour of TWC HQ someday. So did you get a tour of the whole building, or just the studio?
