Sorry about the audio. I'm using a HP laptop (using Windows 8.1) and left the special audio effects on. I did not know that it would affect the recording.
I started using the NOAA logo a year ago because I couldn't find the right TWC logo.

I use these logos in my 4000 emulations/simulator. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for though. :dunno:

Note, the music is slightly flat, but the narration is now heard clearly.
