The 4000 did indeed have this feature. It's the very same background Chazz used in his emulation. I know technically I'm not in southern California, but I'm very close.

If anyone wants to see a video of the LF with the air quality, here it is on filefront. The LDL and the radar kinda ruin the authentic look of it it though. :(

No. It is an emulator that Derek created in Adobe After Effects. The 4000 only had the Air Quality screen in southern California, and no one knows for sure what it looked like.
