Title: TWC Severe Weather 2008 theme

With the contribution of a video by Steve, I was able to extract 43 seconds of the 2008 TWC HD relaunch Severe Weather theme! I threw it together with a video on youtube.

It's good for the first 30 seconds, but it gets too repetitive after that time.  I'd keep the song and stop it just before that chime-in at 0:30.
