Title: LAT48s - Winter Solstice 2011
Post by: Zach on December 22, 2011, 08:08:57 PM
Post here.

Anyways, here's the SD DirecTV Local Forecast from me.. out of all the LAT48s Ive done, I have never done one of these, so here's my first of the kind.

EDIT: For those curious, the song was "Good King Joy" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.. this is a track that will be muted if you upload to Youtube, so please be careful.

500 MB?

Trevor, I know I told you that I use VirtualDub, however did you download XviD and in VirtualDub under the video menu, click Compression?

You NEVER want to output as an uncompressed AVI in Vegas, or else the file size will multiply compared to the raw file size.

Anyways, I'm considering doing a video tutorial now on how I compress my videos.

I also noticed that it's making you go through a big rigamaroo to download the file. Well, this is a big disaster. :blushing:

I've decided to remove the file until I can get this straightened out.

Thanks Comcast Remote scheduling, I would've had one from Vegas if I wasn't leaving that day..

And yes, quite delayed, but I finally got around to accessing the DVR since it was moved to the living room.
