Was this taken through a VCR, and how do you get it through Media Player?

My video camera has an AV in plug that plugs into the camera and the standard Yellow, white, and red plugs that plug into the audio and video outputs on my TV so the video camera can view the TV feed and allow me to record it.

I converted the .ASF movie into the .WMV format with a video converter

Are there any other STARs in the area besides an IntelliStar? Like a Junior or 4000.

Not in my home area. One time though I saw what looked like a Weatherstar 4000 broadcast on TV at a sub sandwich place in Dundee, Michigan. I think the 4000 unit there is still active.

Yes that song is "Miss Peaches" by Kyle Wolverton.

NOTE: I reposted all of my videos but with watermarks. I have done this because I heard that another dimwit
is ripping videos off of the site and passing them off as his own works.
