It's about time: Myke Motley, Declan Cannon pop up in Birmingham
« on: February 19, 2009, 11:03:06 PM »

While watching this video, I made a major discovery at 6:30. The station is WIAT Birmingham (and this video is from 1998 at least). Myke Motley is one of the news anchors, and meteorologist Declan Cannon pops up in a reference to the forecast.

I know this is an old topic, but I live in this area, and I visited Declan Cannon when he was there at WIAT 42, that's the CBS affiliate here in Birmingham. Bonnie McGlaughlin, his wife, was also there at that time. They left, according to what I heard, because their contracts were not renewed. I also remember Myke Motley being there.

Declan Cannon is now a forecaster at the National Weather Service office in Duluth, Minnesota.
