Title: Dale Eck appears on Weather View
Post by: Mike on December 26, 2010, 09:07:19 AM: On Weather View this morning former classic OCM Dale Eck appeared on the Winter Weather Authority segment providing storm analysis. Apparently he's the director of the Global Forecast Center. Didn't know he was still with the Weather Channel.

I knew he was. He's just no longer an OCM. There are several people who were once OCMs, who are still with The Weather Channel, just not OCMs anymore.

Good question. I mainly remember him as kind of a fill-in. I thought I saw him up through the late 90s maybe? I don't know beyond that. :dunno:
