Second display?

I tried running the emulator on another display on 640x480 and the emulator cuts off 75% of the display, rarely shows debug info about updating,  or it freezes. I want to know how to run this on a second monitor as it cannot run it by a simple change in settings like the 4000 emu. I will get a picture of it asap.
