Title: Forecast Zone Changes

For your emulator:

Tangipahoa Parish (Forecast Zone LA 038) has been split into two:
* Northern Tangipahoa (LA 071)
* Southern Tangipahoa (LA 072)

Also, when configuring my Current Conditions, the page and maps for Washington Parish (LA 039) won't pull up. I'm temporarily using Tangipahoa Parish.

Thank you for the update! Ill take a look into that when I get the next opportunity and update the details for those counties/parishes.
